Carla Burke is an award-winning author who won The 2011 Christian Literary Award for her beautifully written children’s book, I Spy a Dragonfly.

Carla’s newest book, Oh My! It’s A Dragonfly!: A story on the life cycle of a dragonfly was released April 23, 2024 and is now available.

She loves writing to inspire both children, and their parents and is a story-telling mastermind that leaves readers feeling inspired, well beyond the ending.

Carla is fond of watching dragonflies zip around Lake LBJ where she lives with her husband, two children and her Aussiedoodle, Valli.
